    Job Title: Feed Production Equipment Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Feed Production Equipment Operator to manage and operate mixing equipment used in the feed production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running equipment that mixes ingredients to produce feed, operating pallet mills, and maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal functionality. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is eager to take on potential leadership roles in the future.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and oversee mixing equipment used in the feed production process.

    + Run equipment that mixes ingredients for feed production.

    + Operate pallet mills efficiently.

    + Operate additional machinery such as bagger and sewing machinery.

    + Maintain and clean equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of production experience.

    + Prior on-the-job operating experience.

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general production, assembly, cleanroom, general labor, forklift operation, CNC, farming, factory work, production line, assembly line, and machinist roles.

    + Experience in leading a team is a significant advantage.

    + Ability to perform physical work and stand for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and dirty environment.

    + 3 years of industrial experience.

    Work Environment

     

    This role offers two shifts: 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm, and 2nd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am. The working environment is challenging, being very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with dusty and dirty conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
