             Job Title: CNC Operator/Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills. The ideal candidate will ensure precise and efficient operation, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills. + Program CNC machines for optimal performance. + Adjust machine feed and speed as necessary. + Deburr parts and change tooling as required. + Inspect parts meticulously according to blueprint specifications. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent education. + Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist or similar role. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings. + Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Excellent attention to detail. + Strong communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Possession of machinist tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with CNC machine operations is a plus. + Availability for interviews on Mondays between 9 AM and 12 PM. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
