Job Title: Electrical Electronics Technician
Job Description
This position provides 24/7 high-level electrical engineering support for the operation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant and facility systems across all facilities. The role is crucial for designing, installing, debugging, and commissioning control systems for new and obsolete equipment. Additionally, the position is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce operational and maintenance costs of legacy equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide high-level industrial control systems demand maintenance troubleshooting support in an automated high-speed assembly environment.
+ Read, troubleshoot, and create 2D AutoCAD electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics.
+ Develop electrical concepts and designs.
+ Troubleshoot and repair automated mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems.
+ Develop, manage, estimate, plan, schedule, design, program, test, and commission control systems using the latest industrial automation controls, including PLCs, OITs, and HMIs.
Essential Skills
+ 5-7 years of mechanical manufacturing support experience in high-speed process/packaging equipment.
+ Proficiency in electrical, electronics, and industrial controls.
+ High knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, servo drives, and HMI/OIT programming.
+ Expertise in calibration of industrial instrumentation and controlling devices.
+ Advanced PC skills, including AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Extensive knowledge of safe work practices with up to 480VAC 3PH circuits.
+ Experience with motors, fuses, heaters, limit switches, electric motor clutches, and brakes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School or GED degree required.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
+ Availability for calls during non-standard work hours.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Easton, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Annual Bonus Potential for all full time employees
5 vacation days and PTO/144 hours of Paid Holiday Time (12 days)
$1000 sign on bonus
Company matched 401k and employee value sharing plan
