Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

In this role, you will perform basic diagnostics and repairs on server components, ensuring the smooth operation of essential technology. You will utilize your technical skills to follow standard operating procedures, disassemble, test, and reassemble server units, and maintain accurate records of repair activities.

Responsibilities

+ Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on server components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards.

+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to disassemble, test, and reassemble server units.

+ Use hand tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve hardware issues.

+ Log repair activity and part usage accurately in inventory or ticketing systems.

+ Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming server hardware and replacement parts.

+ Maintain a clean and ESD-safe (electrostatic discharge) work environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production and general labor.

+ Proficient in inspection and quality control.

+ Ability to use power tools effectively.

+ Knowledge of electrical service and preventive maintenance.

+ Strong repair techniques and mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must be able to pass a mechanical assessment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
