Growing Asheville CPA firm seeks a strong tax leader ready to take on a key role as part of long-term succession planning. Ideal for an experienced CPA or EA with 4+ years in public accounting.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and trusts.

+ Review returns, advise clients, and ensure technical accuracy.

+ Lead and mentor staff accountants.

+ Collaborate with partners on client strategy and process improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ CPA or EA required.

+ 4+ years tax experience in public accounting.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
