    Data Engineer (Python / CRM)

     

    Compensation: Up to $170K DOE

     

    We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong experience in Python and CRM systems to support data integration and pipeline development across business domains. This role will focus on modernizing data architecture and optimizing end-to-end data flows using Azure technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting CRM and related business applications.

    + Develop integrations and ETL workflows using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.

    + Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data environments.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

    + Document and optimize data processes while supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

    + 5–7 years of experience in data engineering or integration roles.

    + Proficiency in Python, Azure-based data tools, and CRM integrations.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
