Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations in Brevard, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies to ensure an organized and well-stocked workspace.

• Communicate with walk-in guests and provide assistance or direction as needed.

• Perform accurate data entry for financial and accounting purposes.

• Offer a welcoming and attentive experience for guests and clients visiting the office.

• Maintain a clean and efficient office environment by organizing supplies and equipment.

• Support the team by handling administrative tasks and resolving operational issues promptly.

• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with basic accounting practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and team members.

• Ability to maintain office supplies and manage inventory efficiently.

• Experience in providing high-quality customer service to guests and clients.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
