Job Title: Cleanroom Operator
Job Description
+ Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of drug, aseptic, device, and assembled products.
+ This position involves working on either the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30 pm or the 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
+ You will utilize reliable methods according to established procedures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
+ Complete training modules regarding gowning techniques for entrance to and from designated areas.
+ Assess the process being performed to ensure consistent quality product delivery.
+ Perform product visual inspections using a high magnification microscope to ensure product meets specification criteria.
+ Operate a 200X magnification microscope.
+ Demonstrate the use of a robotic arm and set appropriate technical parameters.
+ Train new hires and associates, clearly communicating the activities to be performed.
+ Use small tools to manually assemble a hand piece delivery device in accordance with company procedures.
+ Formulate pharmaceutical grade drug product with strict adherence to company procedures.
+ Demonstrate the use of an Analytical and/or Micro Balance and understand weight values such as grams, milligrams, and micrograms.
+ Operate required equipment.
+ Ensure good documentation practices in recording data, organizing batch records, forms, logbooks, and associated documents.
+ Assist other team members in manufacturing areas when needed.
+ Maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping.
+ Adhere to applicable FDA, SOPs, cGMP, and ISO cleanroom manufacturing rules and regulations.
+ Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with cleanroom and medical assembly.
+ Ability to operate a microscope and understand its technical specifications.
+ Understanding of medical device manufacturing processes.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in using small tools for manual assembly.
+ Ability to train and communicate effectively with new hires and associates.
+ Experience in adhering to strict procedural guidelines and documentation practices.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
