    Job Title: General Supervisor - Night Shift Sanitation

    Job Description

    Lead and manage a night-shift sanitation crew responsible for cleanroom maintenance. Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and project timelines. Conduct nightly briefings and assign tasks based on priority and room readiness. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards for turnover. Maintain documentation of cleaning activities, inspections, and corrective actions. Support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the sanitation crew during night shifts.

    + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom standards.

    + Conduct nightly briefings and assign tasks based on priority.

    + Coordinate with QA/QC teams to meet cleanliness standards.

    + Maintain detailed documentation of cleaning activities and inspections.

    + Support audits and inspections by internal and external stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + 15+ years of experience in construction or industrial sanitation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

    + Experience working in cleanroom environments, such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or battery manufacturing.

    + Strong understanding of contamination control, cleanroom classifications, and GMP standards.

    + Ability to read and interpret construction schedules and room turnover plans.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    This is a Contract position based out of NA, Kansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
