    Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment by identifying faulty equipment and performing necessary repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.

    + Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing methods.

    + Install new production equipment.

    + Read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.

    + Perform low voltage repairs and wiring installation (140-208 volt).

    + Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.

    + Assess the condition of used parts using measuring tools and specifications.

    + Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

    + Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

    + Maintain Department Preventative Maintenance Status.

    + Collaborate with CNC operators to ensure overall equipment efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Maintenance Mechanical experience.

    + Experience in industrial maintenance on CNC equipment.

    + Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

    + Knowledge of CNC programming and preventive maintenance.

    Work Environment

     

    Work hours are from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend work and overtime as needed. You will be working with over 80 machines, including CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, laser etching, electro polishing, clean room equipment, and packaging equipment.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
