Production Welder – (Shelbyville, KY)

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Responsibilities:

+ Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders

+ Set up jigs and fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and quality

+ Operate welding and production equipment efficiently and safely

+ Use measuring tools to verify adherence to quality standards

+ Maintain accurate production records and a clean, organized work area

+ Perform MIG welding, buffing, spot welding, and fixture setups

+ Load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts as needed

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum **3 years of welding experience** in a manufacturing or industrial setting

+ Proficiency in **MIG welding** is a strong plus

+ Ability to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards

+ Must pass a MIG weld test as part of the hiring process

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with machine loading

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Excellent attendance and punctuality record

Work Environment:

+ Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility

+ Conditions may be warm in summer and cooler in winter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
