+ **12-hour shifts** to maximize your schedule:

+ **Day Shift** : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ **Night Shift** : 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (includes shift differential)

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Operate and monitor cleanroom manufacturing equipment

+ Perform tasks such as substrate cleaning, inspection, and precision assembly

+ Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, organized workspace

What You’ll Need:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a technical role

Preferred Experience:

+ Prior cleanroom or electronics manufacturing experience

+ Familiarity with microscopes and precision tools

+ Understanding of quality control and production processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
