             Description We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations for both hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to end-users. Responsibilities: • Manage IT incidents, service requests, and change processes to ensure timely resolution and compliance. • Maintain accurate asset management records for hardware and software across the organization. • Provide audit support by assisting with compliance activities and gathering required data. • Deliver specialized IT support for the executive team, particularly related to Apple products. • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, diagnostics, and repairs at office locations. • Ensure adherence to security protocols and asset management standards for all IT systems. • Utilize corporate systems and workflows to handle incidents, requests, and change management processes effectively. • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours IT support as needed. • Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives, contributing technical expertise and assistance. • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the IT Service Desk Manager or Team Leader. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10. • Experience in basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. • Familiarity with managing service desk tickets and workflows. • Knowledge of Apple iOS and related systems. • Certification as an Apple Certified Desktop Technician (ACDT) is preferred. • Strong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance standards. • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively. • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
