    ob Title: Help Desk Analyst (Graveyard Shift – Primarily Remote)

     

    Schedule: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift

     

    Compensation: Up to $75K DOE

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support during overnight hours in a primarily remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and experience supporting Windows environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex issues and wants to grow within a company that values internal promotion and professional development.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle 25–35 technical incidents per shift via phone, email, and remote access tools

    + Provide Tier 1 support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/2019/365, and related applications

    + Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network performance issues

    + Support end users with connectivity, VPN, and authentication problems

    + Assist with MDM/InTune device management and endpoint configuration

    + Document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-ups in the ticketing system

    + Participate in rotational on-site weeks (one week every four months) to collaborate with the team and support culture initiatives

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of professional experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment

    + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and connectivity issues

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (2013–365)

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Local to Los Angeles (required for onboarding and quarterly onsite weeks)

    + Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Mac OS support

    + Familiarity with MDM or Microsoft InTune

    + Exposure to legal industry software and workflows
