    Description

    We are looking for a fully onsite detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. This is a long-term onsite contract position with potential for a stable role, offering an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing large volumes of data, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to dynamic tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input data into the system, including key statuses and identifying information.

    • Organize and scan legal documents, ensuring they are properly uploaded to designated platforms such as Salesforce.

    • Handle high volumes of data entry tasks while maintaining consistency and precision.

    • Utilize Excel to sort, filter, and analyze data effectively, including working with pivot tables.

    • Assist in organizing large inventories of files and reports for easy access and retrieval.

    • Monitor and maintain records to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and correctly stored.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to sort, filter, and use pivot tables effectively.

    • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Word for organizing and managing files.

    • Demonstrated reliability and a willingness to learn quickly.

    • All candidates are required to complete necessary pre-employment assessments, including checks and screenings, as part of the hiring process.
