Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Support Specialist in Falls Church, Virginia. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service within the collections department, ensuring accurate and efficient processes. This is a Contract position, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing your organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and collections-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate records by entering data into CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Utilize Office tools to manage and organize information effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve processes.

• Monitor account statuses and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely resolution.

• Apply attention to detail to identify discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.

• Provide clear and concise communication to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a collections-related role.

• Proficiency in Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Dynamics, is advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Prior experience in a call center or collections environment is preferred.

• Ability to maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all work processes.
