    **Job Title:** Quality Inspector

    **Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st Shift (Daytime Hours)

    Job Summary:

    **We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector** to

     

    join our manufacturing team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be

     

    responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and

     

    specifications through precise inspection and measurement techniques.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform inspections on manufactured parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.

    + Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.

    + Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

    + Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.

    + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in **blueprint reading** and interpreting technical drawings.

    + Skilled in the use of **precision measuring tools** .

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment:

    + Manufacturing facility setting.

    + Standing, walking, and lifting may be required throughout the shift.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
