Construction Laborer Lead

A leading construction company is hiring skilled laborers to assist with the assembly, installation, and maintenance of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). The company is looking to hire immediately, so we offer a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures

• Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place based on blueprints

• Use tools such as pry bars, tin snips, pliers, ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, and speed squares

• Work from scissor lifts and at heights regularly

Essential Skills:

• 1+ Years of general construction experience

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Welding experience is a plus but not required

**Experience Level:** Intermediate–Expert Level

**Location:** Field-based work on various structures

Shift:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 2–5 hours of overtime per week

**Work Environment:** Outdoor field work involving a variety of tools and equipment. Must comply with all safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
