Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a full-service production CNC machine shop that has been crafting high-quality metal parts since 1946. We serve a diverse range of industries including agriculture, construction, off-road highway trucking, forestry, and mining. Your role will be integral in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production machines and mechanical units.

Responsibilities

+ Perform monthly maintenance on all production machines and mechanical units within the facility.

+ Diagnose, evaluate, and repair breakdowns, ensuring proper equipment alignment.

+ Assist in the setup of new machines and equipment.

+ Apply knowledge of CNC controls and operation to effectively troubleshoot issues.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in maintenance technician tasks and mechanical repairs.

+ Ability to troubleshoot using hand and power tools.

+ Strong understanding of CNC controls and operations.

Work Environment

The work environment includes three shifts: 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) There is ample opportunity for overtime, though it is not mandatory. Candidates should be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. The shop is busy with work orders set through 2025.

This is a Permanent position based out of the Oconomowoc area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79000.00/yr.
