    • MIG Welders Needed – Entry & Experienced Levels | $20–$24/hr | New Albany, IN

     

    Join a growing team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork. We’re currently hiring **two MIG welders** for full-time positions with competitive pay and a consistent weekday schedule. (contract to hire)

     

    •️ Position Details:

     

    We’re looking for candidates with recent hands-on welding experience. There are two levels of openings:

     

    1.** **Entry-Level MIG Welder** **– $20–$21/hr

    + Must have MIG welding experience

    + Familiarity with reading blueprints

    + Most recent job must be a welding position

    2.** **Experienced MIG Welder** **– $23–$24/hr

    + Strong skills in blueprint reading and layout

    + Proven track record in welding roles

    • Schedule:

    + **Monday–Thursday:** 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    + **Friday:** 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

    + Overtime available until 2:30 PM

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
