    Your Key Responsibilities:

    + Engage with vendors daily: Resolve inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.

    + Collaborate with divisions: Help field staff stay aligned with Accounts Payable (AP) guidelines and workflows.

    + Embrace new challenges: Take on additional AP tasks as assigned to support the department and grow your skillset.

    Requirements

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + Tech-savvy skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.

    + Excellent communicator: Both verbal and written communication skills are a must.

    + Basic accounting know-how: Familiarity with general accounting principles and purchasing cycles is a bonus.

    + Detail-oriented superhero: You’re organized, thrive in fast-paced settings, and consistently meet deadlines (especially during month-end).

    + Experience with Workday? Perfect! It's a plus, but not required.
