Our client, a forward-thinking organization in the public sector, is seeking an AI Developer to architect and deploy intelligent solutions that enhance public services, streamline operations, and empower data-driven decision-making.     Key Responsibilities

    + Design and implement AI/ML models using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services

    + Build and maintain chatbots, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP) solutions

    + Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and public service teams to identify opportunities for AI integration

    + Deploy and monitor models using Azure ML pipelines, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

    + Ensure all AI solutions meet security, ethical, and regulatory standards

    + Document models, workflows, and APIs for scalability and internal knowledge sharing

    + Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, especially those impacting the public sector and smart city initiatives

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

    + 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally within government or enterprise environments

    + Proficiency in Python, Azure AI tools, and ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow

    + Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Data Lake

    + Strong grasp of data privacy, model governance, and AI ethics

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with LLM customization, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning models in Azure

    + Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric

    + Understanding of municipal operations, smart city technologies, or civic tech
