Description We are looking for a skilled Database Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support critical data management and optimization efforts for a communications-focused organization. Based in New York, New York, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse data systems and contribute to improving their structure and usability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in consolidating and transitioning multiple billing systems into a unified platform.

• Evaluate and enhance data structures to ensure accuracy and reliability across various business units.

• Perform hands-on tasks to merge data, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.

• Analyze processes critically to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows.

• Create detailed documentation to maintain clarity and alignment with project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and management.

• Maintain and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

• Utilize SQL tools to create, manage, and query database objects efficiently.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, and database objects.

• Strong experience in data management, data warehousing, and relational database systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently solve complex problems.

• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with remote cross-functional teams.

• Solid analytical skills to assess data integrity and structure.

• Effective communication skills to document processes and liaise with stakeholders.
