• Help Desk Analyst

    Description

    We’re looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support requests, working hands-on with end users to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues

    + Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, chat, or in person

    + Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices

    + Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and access management

    + Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, and application issues

    + Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledgebase articles

    + Escalate more complex issues to senior support or systems team when needed

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 1–3+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience

    + Familiarity with Windows / Mac OS environments

    + Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts

    + Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude

    + Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and follow structured processes

    + Bonus: Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
