Description We are looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing and validating shipment documentation, coordinating with overseas factories, and ensuring seamless logistical operations. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with international factories to validate shipment documentation and packing lists.

• Ensure accuracy by cross-checking purchase orders with invoices and related records.

• Generate detailed invoices using QuickBooks and provide necessary documentation to customers.

• Maintain organized records of logistics and distribution activities.

• Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with all shipment requirements.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze supply chain data.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address logistical concerns.

• Monitor and report on inventory levels to support operational efficiency.

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in shipping processes.

• Handle workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoice generation and record management.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.

• Ability to perform meticulous checks for accuracy and compliance.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with factories and customers.

• Knowledge of global logistics and distribution processes.

• Proven ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
