    Technical Program Manager – Fleet Capacity Planning

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract 6- months (potential for extension or conversion)

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead capacity planning and forecasting initiatives for our fleet service operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive or engineering, who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.

     

    As part of a dynamic and growing team within the payments and logistics space, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our fleet services and make a meaningful impact on business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet service operations.

    + Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast needs, and present insights to stakeholders.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to drive strategic decisions.

    + Lead and influence projects without direct authority, using strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, balancing business goals with technical constraints.

    + Support planning for Class 4–6 vehicle fleets and other automotive models (e.g., Tesla).

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.

    + 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in capacity planning, fleet services, or automotive operations.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL; experience with data visualization and analysis tools.

    + Strong data sourcing and modeling skills, with the ability to simplify complex datasets for decision-makers.

    + Familiarity with automotive technician service hour planning and fleet maintenance forecasting.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Class 4–6 vehicle fleet operations.

    + Knowledge of automotive systems and service planning.

    + Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven solutions from concept to execution.

    + Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
