    Description

    Accounts Receivable Specialist – Hybrid (Stamford, CT) – $65K

     

    We recently placed their Accounting Manager, who this role reports to.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and ready to hit the ground running.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Process customer payments, apply cash, and manage credits and late fees

    + Reconcile AR accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

    + Post journal entries and assist with month-end close activities

    + Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactions align with the general ledger

     

    Hybrid: 1–3 days/week on site in Stamford

     

    Salary: $65K

    Requirements

    + Strong understanding of cash applications and GL reconciliations

    + Experience with journal entries and bank recs

    + Detail-oriented, good communication & dependable
