             Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing seamless HR support and fostering a positive employee experience. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering the opportunity to collaborate with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional service by addressing HR-related needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for employees and managers. • Provide guidance on HR policies and assist employees in navigating enterprise and divisional procedures. • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring accurate data entry and a smooth transition into the organization. • Facilitate Day One Orientation and monitor candidate experiences to align with cultural standards and organizational efficiency. • Coordinate daily HR administrative tasks, maintaining compliance and ensuring accuracy in HR systems. • Organize and support employee engagement activities, candidate interviews, and facility-specific programs. • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement effective processes, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals. • Identify and apply HR best practices to enhance collaboration with leadership and maintain high service standards. • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests to support HR initiatives. • Partner with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to implement strategies that improve communication and engagement across teams. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations. • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to guide employees effectively. • Expertise in onboarding, performance management, and leave of absence administration. • Skilled in conducting employee relations investigations and extending job offers. • Ability to manage HR systems and ensure data integrity. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to support HR operations and employee engagement. • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. • Familiarity with equity valuation and offering competitive compensation packages.
