Job Title: Shop Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team, responsible for working in the warehouse and yard to pull and prepare orders for shipment. Each day will commence with a morning huddle to discuss individual goals.

Responsibilities

+ Pull orders leftover from the previous day and handle urgent orders from the sales team.

+ Perform necessary cleaning in the warehouse or yard.

+ Prepare orders for shipment, including power washing equipment with a 2500 psi washer.

+ Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom-ordered equipment.

Essential Skills

+ At least 3 years of forklift experience.

+ Proficiency in using a forklift to load and unload trucks safely.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a Yard Jockey is beneficial.

+ Ability to perform a checklist to ensure the forklift is functioning properly.

Work Environment

The position involves working both in a warehouse and open-air environments. The shift consists of 4 days of 10-11 hours each, with one weekday off. The team is small and focused, with four colleagues working in the warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OILVILLE, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
