Job Title: Production Operator

Responsibilities

+ Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger system.

+ Understand and operate the bagger system software.

+ Perform light maintenance on the bagger system as needed.

+ Ensure bags are properly sealed and products are weighed to meet standards.

+ Operate panning machines, extrusion lines, and crunch lines.

+ Mix, batch, pan, and pack products.

+ Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

+ Verify correct labeling on boxes and place them in specific locations.

+ Measure and weigh products into pre-made boxes with liners.

+ Measure and pour ingredients into blenders or conches following precise instructions and documentation.

+ Operate machinery, pallet jacks, and perform metal detection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Drive and motivation to advance within the company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Affton, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
