Job Title: Production Machine Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. This role requires performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, as well as inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Documentation of production data and maintaining detailed records are also essential duties.
Responsibilities

+ Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
+ Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
+ Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
+ Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in machine operation.
+ Experience in general labor and production.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
+ Good hand dexterity.
+ Experience with CNC operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
+ Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment where you may be exposed to variable conditions, including temperature instability and atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or vapors. You may also encounter solvents and other industrial chemicals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mcminnville, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.30 - $22.00/hr.
