             Job Title: Inventory Specialist Job Description We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team in the kitting area of our warehouse. This role involves managing inventory and ensuring accuracy between physical counts and system records. Responsibilities + Work primarily at a computer (70% of the time), using systems such as MAMM, Supermarket, and other web-based programs. + Operate material movement equipment like standup forklifts and electric carts (20% of the time). + Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure system accuracy by locating missing parts and correcting discrepancies. + Generate and audit inventory reports, ensuring consistency between physical and system records. + Be accountable for maintaining accurate inventory counts and records. Essential Skills + Proficiency in inventory tracking and data entry in web-based and database systems. + Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and order tracking systems. + At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. + Ability to operate forklifts and other vehicles in a warehouse setting, with comfort at heights. + Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance in previous roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with SAP and Our Client systems. + Experience as a 4Q Auditor, supply chain planner, materials specialist, or inventory analyst. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role operates on three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am), with overtime expected. Candidates should be prepared for a 50+ hour work week, including most weekends. Training is comprehensive, starting with 4-6 weeks of classroom and on-the-job learning. Safety is prioritized, requiring steel-toed shoes, work pants, a bump cap, a high-visibility vest, and safety glasses. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
