Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with comprehensive electrical knowledge, including understanding of high and low voltage schematics, drive systems, temperature controllers, and P&ID loops. This role requires a basic understanding of PLC programming and the ability to provide phone support and troubleshooting services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using a variety of electrical control devices while maintaining UL and CE compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Understand and work with high and low voltage schematics, drives systems, and temperature controllers.
+ Maintain a variety of electrical control devices, ensuring compliance with UL and CE standards.
+ Work with 3-phase, single phase, VAC, and VDC circuits.
+ Utilize knowledge of 4-20mA and 0-10V loops.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Fabricate and install parts according to Engineering CAD drawings.
+ Analyze needs and product requirements to improve designs.
+ Provide feedback on potential improvements to the Engineering Department.
+ Perform furnace fieldwork for setups, rebuilds, repairs, installations, and start-ups.
+ Travel for fieldwork as required (less than 15%), including international travel.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, repair, and schematic reading.
+ Experience with assembly, service, wiring, field service, installation, and electronics.
+ Ability to read blueprints and work with pneumatics and preventive maintenance.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
+ Valid driver's license and good driving record.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
+ Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and MS Teams).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
