Position Overview We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have **at least 10 years of project management experience** within a **general contracting environment** , with a strong preference for candidates who have worked inv **design-buildv** delivery. Key Responsibilities + Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. + Oversee design coordination, procurement, permitting, and field operations. + Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders to ensure financial success. + Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. + Supervise project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all stages. + Forecast project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. + Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations. Qualifications + Minimum **10 years of project management experience** with a **general contractor** (design-build experience preferred but not required). + Proven success managing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects. + Strong technical understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
