Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

**Pay Range:** $28–$32/hour

About Us

We are a leading manufacturer of PVC extrusion profiles used in vinyl window and door systems. Serving customers across North America, we specialize in high-output, energy-efficient extrusion technologies, including dual-strand and twin-screw extruders capable of producing profiles at rates up to 750 pounds per hour.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production lines and facility operations. This role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems, with a focus on electrical and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V and PLC controls

+ Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Support HVAC and welding tasks as needed

+ Ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency

Qualifications

+ Intermediate-level experience in industrial maintenance

+ Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred)

+ Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Experience with blueprint reading and basic welding techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
