Job Title: Blending Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team in Lakeland, FL. You will be working the night shift from 6 PM to 6:30 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

**Responsibilities** .

+ Operate and maintain batching/blending equipment

+ Follow batching/blending instructions

+ Obtain blend tank samples for quality testing

+ Conduct sanitation of all batching/blending lines, tanks, and equipment

+ Receive and unload tankers of bulk concentrates

+ Transport and pre-weigh ingredients

+ Program bulk ingredient delivery systems

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a high-speed food, beverage, or pharmaceutical production environment is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
