As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate directly with our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services teams to drive operational efficiencies and platform integrations across our Salesforce CRM. WHAT YOU'LL DO + Design and implement operational efficiencies across departments using Salesforce. + Deliver platform integrations that enhance business processes and user experience. + Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes related to client support. + Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather, translate, and simplify business requirements. + Support departmental needs including data hygiene, database maintenance, and reporting. + Participate in the design and rollout of new products and processes, and provide ongoing support post-launch. + Design and Manage Data Quality processes and integrations to Salesforce WHAT YOU'LL NEED + 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. + Salesforce Administrator Certification required. + Bachelor’s degree required.
