About Employee Experience at Bloomberg
A great employee experience is foundational to our ability to build great products and services for our clients. From HR systems to collaboration tools, from workplace security to facilities technology, our employee experience stack supports every individual at Bloomberg in doing their best work.
Our mission is to ensure that employees have seamless, intuitive, and secure tools that enable productivity, drive engagement, and reinforce a culture of excellence—whether they're working from one of our global offices or remotely.
Employee Engagement Systems is central to our mission, creating and supporting the digital tools that Bloomberg employees together, foster our culture, and connect us to the broader world through philanthropy, events, and communication. This includes the tools that power employee inclusion, corporate news and events, and organizational discovery—helping employees understand the people, teams, and structure around them to build meaningful connections and navigate the company with confidence.
We’ll Trust You To

+ Support user research through interviews, shadowing, and observational studies to uncover workflow challenges, friction points, and opportunities for simplification.
+ Define and monitor key product metrics and operational KPIs — including adoption, performance, and user-reported issues — to guide continuous improvement.
+ Contribute to pilot programs, feature experiments, and change rollouts by tracking early adoption, gathering structured feedback, and identifying success indicators.
+ Coordinate with partners across HR, Internal Communications, and Corporate Philanthropy to ensure change readiness, clear documentation, and effective internal communications for new capabilities and releases.
You’ll Need to Have
+ 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst, ideally within experience with HCM and employee engagement platforms.

+ Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize telemetry, support data, and user insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Familiarity with content management systems and engagement analytics.
+ Proven ability to document workflows, user needs, and system dependencies in a clear, structured manner.
+ Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

We’d Love to See
+ Experience managing SaaS collaboration or engagement platforms in large enterprise environments.
