Pay: $22-24 per hour
Position Overview:
The Employee Training Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for company-wide training initiatives. This role helps maintain the company’s learning management system (LMS), coordinates training schedules, assists in updating training content, and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of employee learning activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology to manage training materials and support employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Training System Administration:

+ + Maintain and update the company’s learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms.
+ Upload and assign courses, track completion data, and generate reports for management.
+ Assist employees with system access, navigation, and troubleshooting.
+ Work with IT or system vendors to resolve technical issues as needed.
Training Coordination:

+ + Schedule and organize in-person and online training sessions.
+ Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and documentation.
+ Support onboarding by ensuring new employees complete required training.
+ Monitor compliance training and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Content & Communication Support:

+ + Assist in preparing and formatting training materials, presentations, and reference documents.
+ Ensure consistency and accuracy across all training content.
+ Communicate training announcements, updates, and reminders to employees.
Collaboration:

+ + Work with managers and HR leadership to understand upcoming training priorities.
+ Provide administrative support for training initiatives and employee development projects.
