    Job Summary

    ENGINEER – CORPORATE OFFICE (CHARLETON, WV)

     

    We are currently recruiting in our Corporate Office, Charleston, WV, for an Engineer.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Supports and improves existing ESRI solutions.

    + Works with GIS Team to develop new mobile solutions for data collection using ESRI mobile applications (Field Maps, Survey123, etc.).

    + Configures ESRI field data collection apps on mobile devices for newly developed processes and new hires.

    + Trains field personnel on newly developed mobile solutions for data collection.

    + Creates SQL queries representing asset or compliance data for operations and upper management.

    + Performs quality assurance review on asset and compliance data.

    + Fulfills outside requests for asset or compliance data (KMZ, Shapefile, FGDB).

    + Prepares and update ESRI tutorial documentation.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

    Preferences:

    + Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

    + Natural gas industry experience preferred.

    + Experience with the following: ESRI desktop products (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcReader), ESRI Portal products (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online), and ESRI Mobile products (Field Maps, Workforce, Survey123)

    + Experience with Python scripts, Arcade, and/or SQL queries.

    + GIS data modeling and Geodatabase design.

    + GIS data management, workflow development and documentation.

     

    Position is subject to applicable DOT regulations including Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
