    Job description:

    *Interview Type: Webcam (2 Rounds) ***Remote (Twice per month need to Visit Onsite) *** Due to Security only USC/GC*

    Responsibilities: -

    + Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

    + Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

    + Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design feasible solutions Work with team on Backlog grooming and prioritization.

    Required Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required

    + Lead the end-to-end business analysis process for complex projects and initiatives.

    + Required Certifications: - CBAP, CSPO

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

    + Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation, including business cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of objectives.

    + Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

    + Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.

    + Support project planning, prioritization, and roadmap development.

    + Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

    + Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

    + Mentor and guide junior business analysts and contribute to best practices and standards.
