    HIRING EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER/CLOSER

    PAY RANGE $10,000.00-12,000.00 a month HOWEVER you control what you make!

    •Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years' experience as an Assistant Sales Manager REQUIRED

    + Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED

    + Ability to drive the sales team to High Performance ever day through leadership REQUIRED

    + Strong Training & Motivational Skills REQUIRED

    + Nissan/Import brand experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

    + Focused on OEM approvability

    + Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set
