    Overview

     

    The Client Communications Program Manager is an experienced writer and content strategist who serves as the liaison between Paychex and our clients regarding operational communications for our diverse portfolio of products/services. This person will work with key stakeholders across various business units to craft and deploy messages related to client service and/or matters that impact our clients and their businesses, playing a critical role in the Paychex client experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Crafts need-to-know client communications for various Paychex products and services, as well as compliance and legislative/regulatory updates impacting our clients, based on information provided from the business unit(s).

    + Provides strategic content recommendations, as well as recommendations on the most appropriate method of content deployment per B2B marketing best practices.

    + Communicates and upholds company-wide client communication standards to minimize legal and compliance risks in written communications.

    + Works closely with marketing project managers to ensure tasks and deliverables are accurately captured in the project management platform and that deadlines are met.

    + Participates in resolution meetings for critical issues impacting our clients, as needed, and provides client communication recommendations and support, based on scenario.

    + Consults with Service, Compliance, Product Management, IT, Legal, and Public Relations departments to develop communications, eliminate duplicate efforts, determine the best use of resources, minimize risk to the company, and ensure content quality.

    + Creates and/or reviews client service communications and/or templates on behalf of all Paychex business units, as needed, to ensure message consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

    + Helps maintain the client communications library as a means of record for leadership and client service representatives.

    + Identifies, analyzes, and executes on opportunities for process improvements to ensure department efficiency.

    + Updates the internal archive of legally required client communications, as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in English, communications, marketing - Preferred

    + 5 years of experience in Internal, client, or marketing communications.

     

    Compensation

     

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $60,270 - $94,710. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
