Requirements

Prospective Independent Contractors are required to provide the following documentation:

+ Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status

+ Worker's Compensation Insurance

+ General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance

+ Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)

+ Additional verifiable business references

+ Minimum age requirement of 18 years

+ Favorable results from background investigations

+ Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required

+ Note: Sole proprietorships will not be considered.
