The **Dental Insurance Coordinator** will support the clinic in various operations within the practice. This role will primarily be responsible for insurance verifications/authorizations for services, submit patient charges and claims to insurance companies, review claims and charges for accuracy, resubmit and/or appeal denied claims, post payments and adjustments to patients' accounts, answer complex patient inquiries and follow-up on aging reports. The **Insurance Coordinator** will also provide back-up support to the front office as needed, as well as various other duties as assigned.

Experience working with Dentrix, insurance processes, handling dental office finances, and being able to multi-task. You must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
