The Quality Systems & Compliance Data Analytics Lead role provides critical data analysis and insight to drive Quality metric compliance and continuous improvement in the Product Research and Development organization. The Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining tools (e.g. PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain quality oversight of Quality metrics. The Data Analytics Lead will work cross-functionally with area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize the data to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the lead will serve as master data for Product Research and Development (PR&D) Document Management System providing quality oversight of system changes, access approval, standardization, bulk meta-data processing, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ PR&D Quality Metrics:
+ Develop and maintain tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain Quality oversight of Quality metrics.
+ Work with cross-functional area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize quality metric performance and health data to drive continuous improvement.
+ Drive consistent Quality metrics and reporting across PR&D through standardize tools and reporting. Ensure information is flowing to and from PR&D QLT (Quality Lead Team) to area QLTs.
+ Audits/Inspections:
+ Support audit readiness and participate (as applicable) in GQAAC audit and external inspections.
+ PR&D QualityDocs Support Team:
+ Organized support team meetings; support users during system enhancements; manage MyAccess entitlement requests; point of contact for the Enterprise Information Platforms (EIP) team; monitor QualityDocs for compliance, data integrity or documentation issues; drive consistency across PR&D, including creating and maintaining user guidance, consult on new content and functionality; work with lead document controllers and/or content owners in business areas to drive consistency.
+ Communication:
+ Liaise with other Quality Organization to ensure strong quality communications to and from PR&D.
Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree - Preferred degree in IT-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science)
+ Minimum of 5 years working in Pharmaceutical Quality
Additional Skills/Preferences:
+ Data Visualization Software – Demonstrated expertise in the development of Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reporting & dashboards, Tableau Dashboards, and SmartSheet tools and architecture.
+ Data Analytics & Predictive Analytics – Demonstrated expertise in querying (power query, SQL), analyzing, understanding, and contextualizing large data sets to identify cause and improvement solutions.
+ Data System Architecture – Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management System architecture and data flow. (Deep technical knowledge of Veeva required, TrackWise)
+ Previous demonstration of strong leadership skills
+ Must be able to work and accomplish results independently

+ Strong influence skills
+ Demonstrated strong team work across organizations
+ Project management and prioritization

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$65,250 - $148,500
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
