Contract Administrator
Description
+ Serve as an intermediary between Project Managers (50+) and the Contracts team for hundreds of customer engagements.
+ Review and reference contract documents, framework agreements, and Terms & Conditions for accuracy and compliance.
+ Identify and correct errors in contract documentation and ensure proper alignment with company standards.
+ Support proposal and bid development by ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
+ Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and track contract status.
+ Engage with customers to obtain missing information or correct data discrepancies.
+ Coordinate internal and external outreach to facilitate contract execution and change orders.
+ Ensure all contracts and change orders are fully executed according to established processes.
+ Collaborate with the Contracts team for escalations involving Terms & Conditions changes.
+ Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 5+ Years of experience in an Administrative role supporting Contracts teams
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
+ Salesforce Experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
