Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to provide efficient office and interface management. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Onsite
Responsibilities
+ Manage the conference room calendar to schedule customer meetings.
+ Welcome and attend to customers and guests from entering to leaving the building.
+ Ensure the overall customer experience is professional and memorable.
+ Prepare, order, and set up meeting rooms for all customer meetings, including lunches, and ensure the overall office environment is well presented and maintained.
+ Take the lead in the efficient running of the office, including managing office and kitchen supplies.
+ Initiate building maintenance, upkeep, and improvements, acting as the main contact person for building maintenance.
+ Respond to requests and questions about office operations.
+ Handle incoming mail and packages by distributing them accordingly.
+ Maintain the Office Calendar and share information internally.
+ Submit monthly reporting of expenses and cost centers specific to the North Brunswick office.
+ Procure market samples in-store and online, as needed.
+ Manage special projects and support Marketing, Sourcing, and R&D departments as needed.
+ Support with administering internal communications to the North Brunswick office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ The physical demands include talking or hearing regularly, and frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
Work Environment
The position is based in the office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Plainsboro, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
