We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Directors of Finance Operations, Accounting, and Risk. This role is critical and requires a strong focus and execution. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, prioritizing tasks amidst numerous requests, and monitoring and tracking meeting priorities and emails. Additionally, the role involves managing domestic and international travel, expenses, and administrative functions for the office. The candidate will ensure timely action on deliverables and provide comprehensive support for the Directors.
Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendars and scheduling for Directors.
+ Prioritize tasks and requests effectively, ensuring urgency where necessary.
+ Monitor and track priorities and emails, acting as a proxy when required.
+ Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and expenses.
+ Manage administrative support functions and documentation follow-up.
+ Ensure timely action on deliverables and preparation for meetings.
Essential Skills
+ At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 6+ years of experience supporting senior management (Directors, VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
+ Experience with calendar management, travel booking, and expense management.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Concur and BCD Travel is advantageous.
+ Experience working in a large company with multiple Executive Assistants.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
+ Longevity in previous roles (2-3 years) is a plus.
+ Prior EA experience at a similar organization is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
