    We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to develop effective forecast models, support management with risk assessments, and communicate inventory estimations. This role plays a crucial part in improving demand forecast accuracy and addressing demand-related issues efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

    + Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

    + Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

    + Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

    + Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and strategy.

    + Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in supply chain management, inventory, and inventory management.

    + ERP experience is a must.

    + 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, purchasing, and procurement.

    + Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

    + Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work within multiple ERP/MRP systems.

    + Must be a team player and good with people.

    Work Environment

    The position requires working with multiple departments and across three different locations, making strong interpersonal skills essential. The role offers a good team environment with flexibility and growth opportunities. Although benefits are average, compensation is competitive.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
